Description: A middle-aged man, he wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time, and is pretty ugly. He has styled his golden hair well, parting it to the left. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His first spouse was a Architect, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spy and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his son

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He very much looks the part of a Weaver. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To be a Tailor again; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: He is lean but muscular and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Miller like his father before him.
Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and to be a masseuse again

His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anthony fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wants to work out more often
