History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Diggory was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has achieved small success as a Weaver.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born in the west to a Masseuse, Theodoric learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
