Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Jeweler they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Herbalist, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Herbalist and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: The child of a Farmer, who enjoyed hunting, Shane was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He became a Fortune-teller soon after.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to unite with his sister

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
