Personality: He is fixated on the number 16. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age his mother died while driving off some goblins. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in flail use. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
