History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Adelard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Adelard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
