Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He wears a grey deerstalker hat and grey clothes. He carries with him a set of pickaxes, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Don embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: Bernard was born with his father's beautiful face. He worked as a nervous Dyer and found it very stressful. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Stableman, but he got bored and became a Servant. He struck the Servant job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Stableman again.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gifted student he started as a Performer, but he got bored and became a Shoemaker. He became a Shoemaker soon after.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to open a new tavern
