He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kyle grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
