Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miner arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. John was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. John decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Servant. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Servant, and he later adopted a second son.
