History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: 5'2" and muscular, this northern man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hubert studied abroad. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hubert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. He has blue eyes and a grey hat with a green feather.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Hubert is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His first spouse was a Blacksmith, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and to unite with his sister
