Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his bastard sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are brown.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Farmer profession.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Norman was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: He is content; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Rolf has worked very hard to control his curse. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When Roland reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. He carries with him a set of shortspears, each one with a amber on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His white hair is braided into rings. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Roger enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Roger was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roger fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he desires power and/or immortality
