History: Born in the north to a Dilettante, William learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.
