History: Gifted from a young age, Conrad studied abroad. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Clerebold lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Clerebold alone in the world. History: He was born in the west. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
