History: Roger was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

History: Born in the east to a Bather, Miles learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Cory was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Cory decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
