History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Detective work with an outfit from a few towns over. Detective work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Detective like his mother before him.

Personality: Aldous hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aldous was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Chad was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
