History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Raymond was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up work as a Crown-heir and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and wants to open a new tavern
