Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Cory was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cory. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He got into the Server business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.
