Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roland grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His tied-back hair is chestnut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
