Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Farmer. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Lewis is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Lewis managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Adam was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
