History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Adam and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Patrick grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Carpenter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He tends to his Carpenter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
