Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has no hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Conrad was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Richard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Richard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Voice: Sighs a lot, exhausted

Description: He tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He is portly but not overly obese. His brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: Roger is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Roger never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He is content; and to find somewhere to settle down
