Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Hugh has worked very hard to control his curse. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: To settle down with his crush.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born to a Guard, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Alex was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miner, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He dresses like a well dressed Mercenary does. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Adelard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born to a Apothecary, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
