History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Manfred was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Apothecary. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Born to a Fletcher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult
