Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His first spouse was a Performer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Navigator mother left him crippled. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
