History: Born to a Barber, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

He prefers to carry a sword, but if one is not available he will default to his kukri. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he has money and likes to spend it
