Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gerard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Gerard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Soapmaker and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his father before him.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. Richard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: Simon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
