History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a great chef.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. A freak accident while working with his Bounty Hunter mother left him crippled. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
