History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'6". He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sword. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bertram. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears his chestnut hair down. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and his religion dominates his actions
