History: He was born in the east. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Theobald never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
