History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a painter and was forced into it by his family

Description: He stands about 6'3" and wears a fancy grey suit. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His black hair is lengthy. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Cory is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His first spouse was a Carpenter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He became a Guard soon after.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rolf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Stylist, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
