History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a great chef.

History: He was born in the east. John was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Hubert was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Through the years after Hubert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hubert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
