Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Shane alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he wants revenge against gnolls

History: Solomon was born the youngest of three triplets. His childhood dream was to be a Laborer, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Glassblower soon after.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Courier. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He worked as a nervous Courier and found it very stressful. He tends to his Courier job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
