History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. When William reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Laborer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded.
