Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Don lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His childhood dream was to be a Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
