History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wishes to resurrect an old love

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. A true patriot, Roland would do anything for his country.
