Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has never given up on his music dream.

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has a long golden beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. At some point he was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He bought a halberd and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and a deep hatred of giants

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: The child of a Glassblower, who enjoyed hunting, Hugh was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. Bernard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Hunter for the past few years.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and balancing his hectic life and new hunter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to prove his worth to the world
