Jocelyn Rylan, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His tied-back hair is chestnut. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. A true patriot, Jocelyn would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Alex Bradshaw, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has wavy blonde hair. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Born in the west to a Priest, Alex learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Barber, but he was a colossal failure. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Kyle Walpole, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He stands about 5'8" and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Randal Marleigh, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a brown shirt with thin black vertical stripes and blue pants. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are hazel and beady.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Randal embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Richard Stanley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Gardener. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Richard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Richard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to reunite with his old friends
Ideals: Disciplined. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Adventurer, Immigrant, Nature, Rich. Occupation: Gardener
Voice: Draws out vowels
