Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep red leather and dull brown iron scale mail. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. He has hazel eyes and a red hat with a brown feather.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a bastard sword, but if one is not available he will default to his monstrous two handed axe. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. John is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His first spouse was a Glassblower, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Description: He is a husky man, who prefers to wear flannel. His head has been shaved. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He's also a talented Sculptor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Sculptor again; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears yellow trousers with brown and pastel striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gunter's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
