History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Masseuse. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Balimaar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
