History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a grey tunic with tan highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This late middle aged man prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor and is in decent physical shape. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has gray eyes.

Personality: Patrick hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Patrick was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a Doctor, his father struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with his Doctor father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and expand his business

Personality: Dustin is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Dustin was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it
