Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears an entirely black suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Lance enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Lance was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His childhood dream was to be a Bowyer, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: Standing 6'2", this man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His tied-back hair is red. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He struck the Scribe job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and expand his business

Description: This tall, slender man wears a tattered pair of loose green pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Tim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to protect his home
