History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Simon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Adelard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Adelard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has worked as a Adventurer like his father before him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
