History: Robert hails from a village terrorized by illithids. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: Theodoric hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

History: Gerald was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Born to a Bookbinder, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His childhood dream was to be a Bookbinder, but he was a colossal failure. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
