History: Percival was born the youngest of three triplets. After coming to the age of reason, Percival took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
