History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Nicholas was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nicholas's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.
