Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born in the south to a Weaver, Chad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and balancing his hectic life and new weaver responsibilities is difficult

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
