Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather, marred by teas. He has golden hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears skinny pants and wears a yellow and black robe with the hood down. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: William hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. William was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Trym speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was born into a rich family. Trym was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Trym decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dean was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After months of barely getting by, Dean managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has decided he is irredeemable
