Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Ralf took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
