Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
