He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Balimaar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is wearing a long, red cloak. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Frederick grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Frederick. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Ruler; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He struck the Miner job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
