History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Lance was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: He was born in the west. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. At a young age his mother died while driving off some goblins. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in hand crossbow use. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
